MEN'S NIGHTS OUT
About every 6 to 8 weeks the Men go out for the evening and share fellowship together. They have been bowling, had a social night at the Two Chimneys, done a car rally etc.
LADIES NIGHTS OUT
The ladies also have a bi-monthly night out. They have had a meal out at the Broadway Hotel, spent an evening decorating mugs, been bowling and at Christmas they had a craft night.
OVER 50s
KBC has an active and growing over 50s group. The aim of the group is one of mutual friendship and support to those members and friends of KBC who are 50 years old and upward. The group was formed in September 2003 and holds a Luncheon Club in the Chequers Public House, Queens Street, Stotfold on the 2nd Thursday lunch time of each month at 12.15pm. Between 25 and 40 people enjoy a two or three course meal together and catch up on family news.
It is hoped that as the group develops holiday weeks/weekends may become part of the itinerary and special time for single people arranged. Anyone is welcome to join us, the only criteria is that you will have reached the age of 50. It would be great to see you. |
